Prayagraj: The Allahabad High Court has made a big comment saying that the cow should be declared as the national animal of India and cow protection should be declared as the fundamental right of Hindus. The Allahabad High Court said that if the culture and faith of a country are hurt, that nation becomes weak. At the same time, the court refused bail to a man named Javed, who was accused of cow slaughter.

A bench of Justice Shekhar Yadav pronounced the verdict. The high court found that Javed not only stole the cow but also slit his throat and killed it and also used beef. The court said that not only beef eaters have fundamental rights, but cow worshippers and those whose livelihood is based on cows also have every right to lead a meaningful/meaningful life. The court said the right to life is at the top and one's right to murder and the right to eat beef cannot be placed above that.

The high court further said that the cow is extremely useful even when it gets old and sick. They also explained how cow dung is used in composting and cow urine in medicines. The Allahabad High Court said that whether the cow is old or sick, it is worshipped as a mother. The court said, "Not only Hindus but many Muslims have also considered cow as an important part of their lives during their reign. Babur, Humayun, and Akbar banned cow slaughter during Islamic festivals. Muslim rulers had banned cow slaughter. Nawab Haider Ali of Mysore had declared cow slaughter a punishable offense. Keeping in view the importance of the cow and the faith of the people, the apex court has given several judgments.''
