Bollywood's most successful and beautiful actress Deepika Padukone says that more awareness is needed about mental health. Actress Deepika believes that when she had reached the height of her career, she had to suffer from depression and so she is happy with the discussion about mental health, although there is still a need to create more awareness in this regard.

According to the information received, actress Deepika Padukone was present in Delhi in connection with the first edition of 'Live, Love, Laugh' Lecture, and on this special occasion she also told about her phase when she was going through depression in 2015. According to him, the conversation (on mental health) has started.

She further says that I do not think it is considered as much stigma now as it was four years ago. However, we definitely have to do a lot more to create more awareness in this regard. Also I believe that the discussion will have to be continued. The actress founded 'The Live Love Laugh Foundation' in 2015 to create awareness on mental health and this foundation works to create awareness about stress, anxiety and depression.
