Deepika Padukone, known for her strong acting in Bollywood, recently appeared in an interview with the New York Times, a prestigious American daily, and where she spoke a lot. During this, Deepika Padukone talked about the mental stress as well as the loneliness and said, "Even when a lot of things are around, the person feels like this". Talked about how according to the WHO, 300 million people around the world are silently facing the same challenge and are completely unaware of the fact what is happening to them.

She said, "Like your mother, only those close to you will pay attention to such things." Along with this, when Deepika too faced a similar situation in her life a few years ago, she came forward to address this issue and laid the foundation called  'Live Love Laugh'.
