New Delhi: In the defamation case, the court has ordered Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia to appear for the next hearing on December 03. This defamation case has been filed by a claimant of the ticket from the Aam Aadmi Party in the 2013 assembly elections. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Pandey has given this order to Kejriwal, Sisodia and Swaraj India chief Yogendra Yadav, on November 25, by giving them an exemption for that day.

In the year 2013, Yadav was in the Aam Aadmi Party. The legal heir of the complainant Surendra Kumar Sharma is hearing a petition filed by Yogesh Gaur. Sharma has recently died. On November 25, the court granted concession to Kejriwal, Sisodia and Yadav, and ordered the next hearing to be held on November 3. The court has been told by Kejriwal and Sisodia that the lawyers appearing on their behalf are infected with Corona.

After this, the court fixed December 3 for the next hearing of the case. Sharma had complained that in 2013, AAP workers had requested him to contest on a party ticket, saying that Kejriwal was happy with his social service. He had said that Sisodia and Yadav told him that the party's political affairs committee had decided to give him a ticket. After this, he had filled the application to contest the election, but later he was denied to contest.
