New Delhi: AQI has improved due to changes in the weather of Delhi-NCR and cold winds. According to the Meteorological Department, Western Disturbance is active these days. For this reason, the effect of cold mountain winds is also seen in Delhi. In the cities of NCR including the capital Delhi, people got some relief from the heat on Tuesday morning. Cold winds have been blowing in Delhi since morning.

The temperature of the capital has also been recorded at 26 degrees Celsius. After the relief from the heat, there was an increase in the number of morning walkers on the streets and parks of Delhi. According to the Meteorological Department, Western Disturbance is active these days. Due to this, there is snowfall in the hilly areas. Its effect is also seen in the plains, where the rain and cold winds are going on.

However, this western disturbance will not last long. Recently, the Meteorological Department has said that from March to May, a good summer will start falling in the whole of NCR, including Delhi. Temperatures are expected to reach 36-37 degrees Celsius by the end of March. Due to snowfall on the hills, cold winds moved in Delhi on Monday morning as well. After which Delhiites got some relief from the heat. However, due to strong sunlight during the day, the prick of heat increased again.
