New Delhi: Delhi's Arvind Kejriwal government has set a new record in the test of Corona infection. In order to prevent the spread of corona infection, 50 to 60 thousand tests were done every day in September to isolate infected patients. This has revealed the highest number of corona patients in Delhi as well as the highest number of tests in September.

According to health department records, 15 lakh 27 thousand 705 tests were done in the month of September. In this, 1 lakh 5 thousand 692 people were found to be corona positive. 93 thousand 885 patients have also been recovered in 1 month. In September, 939 people died due to corona. Earlier, the highest number of deaths was 2280 corona patients in June. After this, the death toll in the month of July was reduced to 1180. At the same time, the number of deaths in August was reduced to 473. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had announced to increase the number of testing on 26 August.

After this, the number of tests was doubled in September. On the other hand, due to increasing cases in September, experts say that due to more testing and opening up of the economy, the number of new cases has increased. Another reason for this is being told not to wear masks of many people and not to follow social distance. Currently, Delhi appears to be successful in the plan to stop the spread of the virus by identifying the person infected with more testing.
