Abu Dhabi: Mumbai Indians will take on Delhi Capitals in the second leg of IPL-2021 on Saturday. The five-time IPL-winning Mumbai team will be under a lot of pressure to win the match. If they get a setback, their path to the play-offs will be extremely difficult. Mumbai, who are fifth in the points table, have 10 points from 11 matches. If they win all three matches in a row, they will easily make it to the play-offs, but after a single defeat, they will have to depend on the net run rate and the results of other teams' matches.

On the other hand, the Delhi Capitals team is in a very good position. They have 16 points in 11 matches. Even if Delhi doesn't win a match from here, their entry in the playoffs is almost certain. Another win will make the team's claim to a top-2 finish. After the league matches, the top-2 team gets two chances to reach the final. Mumbai is scheduled to play against Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the bottom of the points table in the last two league matches.

Rajasthan is currently in the playoff race. Kolkata is also in the race for third or fourth place. In this sense, if Mumbai suffers against Delhi, then Rajasthan and Kolkata teams will be benefited.
