New Delhi: The state government has sought the help of the Indian Army amid worsening situation due to corona in the national capital Delhi. Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has written to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in this regard. Manish Sisodia has urged Rajnath Singh to provide as many oxygen tankers as possible in Delhi, more such hospitals should be set up in Delhi as the DRDO has built.

On the sidelines of the appeal, Delhi CA Arvind Kejriwal has convened an important meeting on Monday afternoon. The meeting is scheduled to discuss home isolation, which will be attended by officials including Manish Sisodia. On an average, more than 20,000 cases have been reported every day in Delhi for the past several days, with more than 400 deaths in the capital for the past two days. The situation in Delhi has not improved even after two weeks of mini lockdown. However, the positivity had decreased somewhat in the past.

The biggest problem in Delhi hospitals is beds and oxygen. There are no beds in hospitals, people have to wander here and there for beds. At the same time, the shortage of oxygen is also continuing. Many hospitals have moved the high court for supply of oxygen, while many places are receiving oxygen at the last minute.
