New Delhi: The rate of infection in Delhi has come down to below three per cent after the impact of the third wave of Corona epidemic. On Saturday, more than 73 thousand tests of corona have been done in Delhi and the rate of infection was 2.35 per cent. In 24 hours, 1935 cases of corona have been registered and 47 patients have died due to this disease.

On the continuing decline in the rate of corona infection, Health Minister Satyendra Jain tweeted on Saturday that today the rate of infection has been 2.46 and the rate of infection is being recorded below 5 per cent for the last 11 days in Delhi. He said that the rate of RT PCR test was 5.14 on Saturday, while the rate was 30 per cent on 7 November. Similarly, the number of cases has also fallen, which is about 3500 cases less than in the last eight days. He has urged the people of Delhi to strictly follow the rules related to Corona so that these cases can be prevented from growing.

According to the Delhi government report, there are 17373 active cases in Delhi at present and 10382 patients are being treated in isolation at home. In 24 hours, 3191 patients have returned to their homes. Currently, 4631 patients are being treated in the hospital, 330 in Covid Care Center and 95 in Kovid Health Center. Corona's death rate was 2.35 per cent on Saturday.
