New Delhi: More than 800 new cases of corona were registered for the second consecutive day in Delhi. 823 new cases have been registered in Delhi on Sunday, while one person died. The infection rate in the capital remains more than 1%. Active cases have now increased to 3618. Only in the month of March, Corona's active patients have increased by more than 2200.

It is also a matter of increasing concern in Delhi that there has been a double increase in the number of patients admitted to hospitals in the month of March. On March 1, there were 489 patients admitted to hospitals in Delhi, which has increased to 892 by March 21. According to the data released by the Kejriwal government of Delhi, from March 1 to March 2,12,214, active cases of corona have increased in the country's capital. Also, there has been an increase of more than 1000 patients in home isolation, in Delhi, there has been an increase of 1154 corona patients in just March.

At present, a total of 1893 patients are undergoing Corona treatment at home in Delhi. Earlier, on January 7, 2015, the number of corona patients treated in home isolation in Delhi was 2015. For the first time in the New Year in Delhi, the corona infection rate crossed 1 percent, the infection rate was 1.07 percent on March 20 and 1.03 percent on March 21. Earlier, the infection rate in Delhi was recorded at 1.18 percent on 24 December 2020. New cases of Corona have also crossed the 800 for the first time in 2021.
