An open-ended non-bailable warrant has been issued against the liquor baron Vijay Mallya by the Delhi Court in his relation with the FERA (1995) violation case. It is the sixth non-bailable warrant issued against Mallya.

In 2016, the court lifted the exemption granted to Mallya from personal appearance in the case of evading summons in FERA's violation case.

The case has been registered by the  Enforcement Directorate (ED) and paid money to Formula One World Championships in London and some European countries in 1996, 1997 and 1998 for displaying Kingfisher logo.
