Delhi court orders UP police to present Somnath Bharti on January 18

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday directed up police to spot Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Somnath Bharti in Delhi. In fact, in a Delhi court, you are facing an alleged assault case against MLA Somnath Bharti with AIIMS security staff. Somnath Bharti is due to appear in the case on January 18 and hence the court has directed the UP Police.

The bail plea of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti, who was arrested for making derogatory remarks against hospitals in Uttar Pradesh and CM Yogi Adityanath, will be heard on Friday. On Monday, Delhi law minister and now MLA Somnath Bharti from Malviya Nagar in Delhi was arrested by Amethi police for indecent comments on hospitals.

At the same time, Somnath Bharti had also made a controversial statement against CM Yogi Adityanath. Somnath Bharti was later produced before the special MP-MLA court in the Sultanpur district. The court had filed the date of January 13 for hearing his bail plea. He was also remanded to jail for 14 days in judicial custody. A series of allegations have been initiated between AAP and BJP over the incident.
