New Delhi: Delhi's Kakadaduma court has issued an order to release Devangana Kalita, Natasha Narwal and Asif Tanha, accused in the Delhi riots case. In fact, the court has rejected the Delhi police's plea seeking more time to verify the addresses of the three accused. At the same time, the court has asked for a release warrant to be sent to Tihar jail. In fact, the Delhi High Court has challenged the High Court's decision to grant bail to three accused, including the accused Natasha Narwal, under the UAPA by the Delhi High Court in the Supreme Court.

The same Delhi Police has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking consideration of the high court's verdict. In fact, in the Delhi riots case, the Delhi High Court had granted bail to three accused Natasha Narwal, Asif Iqbal Tanha and Devangana Kalita under the UAPA. The delhi high court had granted bail to the three accused in the Delhi riots last Tuesday. The trio is said to have been granted bail on a personal bond of 50,000 rupees. The same Delhi High Court has granted bail saying, "The three accused Devangana Kalita, Natasha Narwal and Jamia student Asif Iqbal Tanha will cooperate in the investigation and will not leave the country without the permission of the court".

Let us tell you that Natasha was arrested in May 2020 for her involvement under planning in the Delhi riots against the CAA. In fact, a riot broke out in Delhi on 24th February, 2020 and 53 people were killed and more than 200 injured in this communal violence. However, now jailed accused Natasha Narwal as well as Devangana Kalita and Asif Iqbal Tanha is out of the jail on bail in the Delhi riots case.
