New Delhi: A man was shot dead by miscreants in the Najafgarh area of the national capital Last night. The attackers targeted the man and fired so many bullets that the entire area exploded. The man killed by the miscreants has been identified as Amit Shaukin, general secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Dichaon Mandal.

Three miscreants carried out the shocking murder and fled. Police are investigating the case. The murder took place from Ajay Park in Najafgarh, where a 35-year-old Amit Shaukin was shot dead by miscreants at around 8 pm on Wednesday. Amit was a resident of Dichaon Kalan village in Najafgarh. He was the BJP general secretary in The Dichaon Mandal. The cause of the murder is yet to be ascertained.

According to sources, the deceased Amit Shaukin was on his way home from Najafgarh to Dichaon Kalan in a car with his two accomplices at around 8 pm. As soon as they reached Ajay Park, their car was overtaken by a black Verna car and the miscreants started firing indiscriminately at Amit. Meanwhile, both Amit's accomplices got out of the car and fled and saved their lives.
