New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal government of Delhi, the capital of the country, is going to present its budget today i.e. on Tuesday. The budget will be presented today in a digital way for the first time by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Delhi. On Tuesday, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia will present the state budget in the Delhi Assembly in a digital manner. It is estimated that Delhi's budget this time will be Rs 75,000 crore.
Earlier on Monday, Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia presented the status report of his income budget to the Delhi Legislative Assembly for the fourth consecutive year and told how the performance of the departments has been regarding the target set for 2020-21. Manish Sisodia said that this year, in the status report of the Outcome Budget, the Education Department is at the top and 84 percent of its plans are ontrack and most of the targets are being met. 80% of the Health Department, 79% of the Environment, 73% of PWD, 71% of the Transport schemes are on track and the targets fixed are being achieved.
