NEW DELHI: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has simplified the process for Delhi voters to check their names on the voter list and download their voter slips online. Your voter slip includes key details like your polling booth, date, and location.

How to Check Your Name and Download Voter Slip Online

1. Visit the NVSP Website

Go to the National Voters' Service Portal (NVSP) at https://www.nvsp.in.

2. Search in the Electoral Roll

Click on the "Search in Electoral Roll" tab.

3. Choose How to Search

You can check your name in two ways:

By Details: Enter your name, father’s or husband’s name, age or date of birth, gender, and select your state, district, and assembly constituency.
By EPIC Number: Enter your EPIC number (found at the top of your voter ID card) and select your state.

4. View Your Voter Information

After entering the details, your voter information will appear. If your name isn't on the list, you’ll see a "no record found" message.

How to Check Your Name via SMS

You can also check your voter details through a simple SMS:

Type "EPIC" after your voter ID card number.
Send the message to 9211728082 or 1950.

You’ll get a reply with your polling station details and confirmation of your name on the voter list.

By following these easy steps, you can confirm your voter details and download your voter slip ahead of the Delhi Elections 2025. Make sure you're ready to cast your vote and have your say!

Queue Management System

Notably, for the first time, the Election Commission has introduced a Queue Management System (QMS) app, allowing voters to check real-time crowd updates at polling stations. Furthermore, the home voting facility for senior citizens and disabled voters has already seen 6,980 out of 7,553 eligible individuals cast their votes since the service began on January 24. This option will remain available until February 4.

To ensure a smooth and secure election process, officials are all set to deploy 220 paramilitary units, 19,000 home guards, and 35,626 Delhi Police personnel. Voting infrastructure includes 21,584 ballot units, 20,692 control units, and 18,943 VVPATs, along with provisions for dummy and Braille ballots.
