New Delhi, On Tuesday, a senior Delhi government officer went on leave for 15 days alleging misbehaviour by Transport Minister Satyendra Jain.
Indushekhar Mishra, a 1993-batch officer of DANICS (Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service), works as a Special Commissioner in the Transport Department.
Mishra met Lt Governor Najeeb Jung to raise the issue of alleged misbehaviour by the transport minister.
According to sources, the officer had an argument with the minister at his office at Delhi Secretariat yesterday over the issue of the latter's plan to open RTOs seven days a week.
The bureaucracy and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government have been at loggerheads over several issues.
IAS officers association had also supported the move and had also gone on half-day mass leave.
