The petition filed against the senior Karnataka Congress leader and former minister DK Shivakumar's wife and mother trapped in the money laundering case in the Delhi High Court has been postponed.

According to the media report, the summons sent by the Enforcement Directorate has been challenged in the petition filed in the High Court. In this, the ED has issued summons to the mother and wife of Congress leader DK Shivakumar trapped in the money laundering case. Now the Delhi High Court will hear the matter on 4 November.

For your information, let us know that on October 16 this month, the High Court had allowed the accused Shiv Kumar's mother and wife to be exempted from appearing in the court. At the same time, after this, the investigating agency ED issued summons to Gauramma, mother of DK Shivakumar on 15 October and wife Usha Shivakumar to appear in the court on 17 October. After this, both Gauramma and Usha filed a petition in the court and challenged the ED's summons.
