HC seeks early hearing of 2G scam case, Kanimozhi and others

New Delhi: The CBI has filed an application in the Delhi High Court about the immediate hearing on the pending appeal in the 2G case. While hearing the Delhi High Court issues notice to former telecom minister A Raja, Kanimozhi and other. In the petition, the CBI has said that this case is of national importance and in such a case, the pending appeal of the CBI should be promptly heard.

The next hearing of the case is going to be on July 30. In fact, in the 2G scam case filed by the CBI, the Patiala House Court acquitted all 17 accused, including former telecom minister A Raja and Rajya Sabha member Kanimozhi, on December 21, 2017. The CBI and ED had challenged the lower court's decision in the High Court in March.

Let us tell you that , even after giving the three-month period in 2G case, the High Court, not satisfied with filing the reply  Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Usman Balwa, Director of Vegetable Pvt Ltd Rajeev Agarwal, Dynamic Reality, DB Reality Limited and Nihar Construction Pvt Ltd were also ordered to impose 3-3 thousand plants in the form of punishment.
