On Wednesday, the petitioner's lawyer Pawan Prakash Pathak took up the matter before the court of the acting Chief Justice of the court, on which the court asked the lawyer to file all the documents today itself, the court will hear the matter tomorrow. In this case, the counsel for the petitioner, Pawan Prakash Pathak, said that pre-natal sex determination is legally prohibited and we pray to the court that the scene under consideration be removed on the ground of promoting prohibited activities.
