New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has been alerted in view of the increasing cases of Corona in the country. Taking cognizance in the matter of not wearing masks on behalf of people going from Kolkata to Delhi in Air India flight, the Delhi High Court said that if you do not apply the mask properly, take the passenger off the plane, put it on the 'no-fly' list.

Passing the order, Judge C Harishankar said that, "Relaxation in the rules will not be tolerated in view of the increasing corona cases, passengers in the aircraft are in a closed air-conditioned environment, if any of those passengers are corona positive, then it can affect other passengers. So it is a matter of concern.'' Judge C Harishankar said that if Corona's patient, even if he is asymptomatic, standing at an arm's length and talking then too it is enough to transmit the virus. The High Court ordered that if someone is not wearing a mask properly, take it off the plane and put it on the 'no-fly' list.

Justice C Hari Shankar of the Delhi High Court took automatic cognizance against the passengers who do not wear masks and not follow social distancing. Actually, while going to Kolkata on March 5, the judge noticed that the passengers are stubborn and were not listening to the instructions of the flight attendants, and were not putting on the masks properly. So the judge decides to issue a notice for such a serious matter.
