New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today heard hoarding of medical equipment and medicines during the Corona epidemic. Meanwhile, the High Court said that it is not the job of politicians to deposit the medicines used in the treatment of corona. In the case of distribution of medicines by the leaders, the court said that hoarding of medicines for political gains is not the right thing to do.

The court has directed the leaders to hand over the medicines which have been hoarded to the Directorate General of Health Services to the Directorate General of Health Services for distribution to government hospitals if you want to do good. The High Court told Delhi Police that they are have to conduct a proper inquiry into the hoarding of medicines. The court also asked for filing of the status report.

The High Court has adjourned the matter for further hearing till May 24. The court has also directed the police to look into the matter properly as to where the leaders are collecting the medicines from.
