New Delhi: The Delhi High Court will hear the case in July to revoke the bail of Faisal Farooqui, the owner of Rajdhani School, arrested in cases of violent riots in North East Delhi. Delhi Police had filed an application in the Delhi High Court for cancellation of the bail granted to Faisal Farooqui, owner of Arrest Rajdhani School, in riot cases in North East Delhi.

The Lower Court had given bail to Faisal Farooqui but he is still in jail. Farooqui's lawyer has said that four weeks' time is required for a reply. The court found that the evidence presented by the police in the charge sheet against the accused for his links with the PFI Cage Breach Group and Muslim clerics is different. The court said that it is not confirmed that the person was present at the scene of the incident.

The owner of the Rajdhani School, Faisal Farooq, is among the eight people arrested on 24 February in Shiv Vihar for being accused of rioting outside the school. He was in jail since March 8 on charges of contacting the PFI. Farooq is also the owner of Victoria School and both his schools were damaged during the riots.
