Kejriwal government's big announcement, now Delhi's Mohalla Clinic will run in double shift

New Delhi: Delhi's Arvind Kejriwal government has decided to run the Mohalla Clinic in a double shift. This means that the Mohalla Clinic has now been ordered to remain open for 12 hours in a day instead of six hours. As per the order issued by the medical department, people in Mohalla clinics will now get health care from 7 am to 7 pm.

Besides, all medical officers have been ordered to prepare a list of names of doctors at Mohalla clinics and ensure stock of medicines. As per the order issued by the medical department, the decision to run Mohalla clinics in double shifts has been flagged by Health Minister Satyendra Jain in the Delhi government.

Simultaneously, the order was also issued on 1st August by the State Nodal Officer of Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinic. As per the order issued by the nodal officer, one shift to Mohalla Clinic will run from 7 am to 1 pm and the second shift will run from 1 PM to 7 PM. On the other hand, the Kejriwal government's decision is being lauded in all its forms and means.
