New Delhi: A lot of fighting broke out in the Delhi-NCR area in the past due to acute shortage of oxygen. The oxygen crisis in Delhi has subsided a bit, and efforts are now being made in Noida. The oxygen problem at Sharda Hospital in Greater Noida has been addressed. A new 21,000 litre oxygen plant has now been set up here.

This time, in view of the demand for high oxygen, a new 21,000 litre plant has been set up under the supervision of hospital chairman PK Gupta. It was launched by Noida Police Commissioner Alok Kumar Singh. Sharda Hospital has now had a capacity of 27,000 litres of oxygen. Sharda Hospital Chairman PK Gupta said that the hospital had earlier had a 6000 litre plant but it has been ready in record time due to the need of the patients. Soon 200 oxygen beds will be increased in the hospital, as well as more than 100 modern cylinders available in the reserve near the hospital.

Noida Police Commissioner Alok Kumar Singh launched the oxygen plant. Speaking on the occasion, he said that in such a short span of time, it was very difficult to build and commission the oxygen plant, which has been done at Sharda Hospital.
