The Delhi Metro said that 169 additional ticket office machines will be installed in DMRC's network. At the same time, 65 customer facilitation agents have been deployed. The goal of all this is to take full care of the convenience of the passengers on the day of the festival. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has said that standby trains will be available on all lines except Airport Line and Line 9. With this, trains will be able to reach the stations faster in the event of increasing congestion. At the same time, the movement of passengers will be easier.
