New Delhi: In Delhi, the miscreants are strong, despite all the strictures of the police-administration, the crimes are not stopped. In the latest case, miscreants shot a Delhi Police constable patrolling in Dwarka Sector 23 area of Delhi and stabbed a home guard. The constables and the home guards injured in the attack are undergoing treatment at the hospital.

It is noteworthy that Delhi Police Constable Rajiv was patrolling along with the Home Guard soldier on the bike at around 4 am on Monday, when the miscreants shot the constable in the face and injured the Home Guard soldier by attacking him with a stick on his head. After committing this incident, the crooks escaped from the scene.

The spirits of miscreants in Delhi are very high. In February last month, car-riding miscreants in Kanjhawla area of Delhi fired on a young man going to a Scorpio. The miscreants fired around 40 to 50 rounds to kill the young man. The gang that carried out the incident was identified as Deepak Titar Gang.
