Noida Metro Office Fire: Massive fire broke out, 6 fire tenders on the spot

New Delhi: Amidst the corona crisis, several other shocking cases are coming to light from the country day in and day out. Half a dozen fire brigade vehicles are present on the spot. The fire department team has brought the fire under control and cooling work is going on.

Gautam Buddha Nagar police said that an attempt was made by the police to douse the fire with the help of fire brigade vehicles on the spot when a fire broke out in a shopping complex located in Sector-29 under Thana Sector-20 area. At present, CFO and post in-charge police forces including 6 fire brigade vehicles are present on the occasion.

According to the information received, smoke came out of the NMRC office as soon as it caught fire and then the flames started appearing far and wide. Chief Fire Officer Arun Kumar Singh said that the metro rail corporation building is yet to be cleared due to fire. The CFO said a lot of people were working there at the time of the fire which have been safely evacuated.
