New Delhi: From April 1, the traffic rules of the country's capital Delhi are going to become more strict. In Delhi-NCR, now the fine for breaking traffic rules will be deducted directly from your bank account. Let us inform you that in the Delhi Government, Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot has said that strict lane rules for private buses and goods carriers in Delhi will be applicable from April 1. If anyone is found breaking these rules and driving in the wrong lane, he will have to pay a hefty fine. The special thing is that this fine will be collected directly from his salary. Not only this, in the new traffic rules which are going to be implemented from April 1, there is also a provision of jail up to 6 months for violating some rules.

According to the information, traffic rules are going to become more stringent. For making a mistake, there will be a fine of up to Rs 10,000, along with it can also be jailed for six months. According to the new rule, if the driver drives the bus outside the lane, then the license and permit can also be cancelled with heavy fines. In such a situation, the drivers of goods transporting vehicles including DTC, cluster will have to drive in the bus lane at any cost.

According to the new traffic rules that will come into effect from April 1, a fine will be imposed for breaking the rule once. Whereas for violating the rule for the second time, an FIR will be registered. The Delhi Transport Corporation, along with the traffic police, is running an enforcement drive, in which all people will have to drive in the lane. Mainly in these lines, bus and goods vehicles will be able to run from 8 am to 10 pm and the rest of the vehicles from 10 pm to 8 am. If a vehicle is found moving in the other lane, then a case will be filed against it under Section 192-A of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
