New Delhi: The convicts of the Nirbhaya group rape case will be presented in the Patiala House Court today. Earlier, the court had told the jail administration that all the culprits should be produced in the court simultaneously. Top court hear the petition of Akshay Kumar, one of these convicts, on 17 December. A three-judge bench will hear  petition.

These four convicts are trying their best to avoid hanging. It is being told that in case of conviction of Akshay Kumar, the second convict will file a review petition. After this, the third will enter a guilty plea and then the fourth. Seeing the same move of the culprits, the court has ordered the four to appear together. No matter how much these four criminals try to escape, the Tihar administration has completed preparations to hung them.

A letter has also been written to the jail administration of UP on behalf of the Tihar administration to arrange the executioner for hanging. Earlier, during the hearing in the court, Nirbhaya's mother had said that a lot of time is being wasted by her petitions being filed one by one. On which the court said that the death warrant of all the convicts will be issued simultaneously. Nirbhaya's mother started crying bitterly after hearing the court and then the court ordered all the accused to appear together.
