The 22-year-old man was allegedly brutally beaten up by people on suspicion of plotting to spread the corona virus in Bawana, Delhi, leading to his death. Police has given this information on Wednesday. Police said that the youth has been identified as Mehboob Ali, a resident of Harewali village in Bawana. Police said that Ali had gone to Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal for a program in Tabligi Jamaat and returned to Delhi after 45 days in a truck loaded with vegetables.

Woman tried to commit suicide for son

Police said that Ali Azadpur was caught from the vegetable market, but was released after medical examination. Police said that when he reached his village, rumors spread that Ali Corona was in the process of spreading the virus. A senior police officer said that on Sunday he was beaten up by villagers by taking them to the fields. He was later admitted to the hospital where he died. Police registered a case and arrested three people.
