Delhi Police arrests 3rd shooter in Moosewala murder case

NEW DELHI:  Te Special Cell of the Delhi Police has nabbed the third shooter who was involved in  the gruesome murder of Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldy Brar gang member and Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, also known as Sidhu Moosewala.

The shooter, identified as Ankit was also previously been connected to two other heinous murder attempt cases in Rajasthan, while Sachin Choudhary, also known as Sachin Bhiwani, was charged with harbouring four of the gunmen.

"The couple were arrested outside Mahatma Gandhi Marg, near Kashmiri Gate Bus stand, on Sunday about 11:00 pm" Delhi Police spokeswoman Suman Nalwa said. 

The senior officer claimed that Sachin Bhiwani was in charge of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang's entire operation in Rajasthan. Nalwa said, "He was also wanted in a terrible case of Churu, Rajasthan.

At the time of their arrest, the Special Cell recovered 4 Punjab Police uniforms from their possession, one pistol of 9 MM bore, 10 live cartridges and one pistol of .30 MM bore along with 9 live cartridges.
