Delhi: A big news has come from the West Vihar West area of Delhi. In fact, four youths thrashed the ASI of Delhi Police for refusing to drink alcohol here. As per the information received in the case, the people present there intervened after seeing the policeman beaten up and then nabbed the four accused. The four accused have been handed over to the police by the men. As part of the information received in the case, police have registered a case of obstructing government work and assault against the accused and arrested them.

The police are now investigating the entire case. According to a report on a famous website, Rajpal Singh, who lives in the Palam area, is working as an ASI in Delhi Police. He is posted at West Vihar West police station. He was patrolling the area last Saturday night but in the meantime, he saw four youths drinking alcohol by placing a liquor bottle and glass on a car near Piragadi metro station. Seeing this, Rajpal reached there and tried to convince the youths not to drink alcohol openly.

Even after much persuasion, the four youths refused and started abusing the ASI. Not only that, they even threatened him to take off their uniforms. When the ASI refused to do so again, the angry youths started assaulting the ASI. Meanwhile, a young man started making a video of the assault from his mobile. However, when people nearby saw the youth beating ASI, they intervened and nabbed the four youths who attacked and informed the police about the incident.
