New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in the country's capital Delhi was in stir on Monday morning when police received a call for a bomb in a plane. Police received the information through a phone call at around 7:45 am this morning. Police have arrested a youth named Akash Deep in the case. However, based on the initial investigation, the police are treating it as a hawk call.

According to reports, Akash had reported that the police had found a bomb on the plane. He had called the police from inside the plane and told them about the bomb. On investigation, the police felt that Akash's mental condition was weak. Akash was travelling from Delhi to Patna. Delhi Police DCP says Akash Deep is mentally dipressed and his father was also travelling with him. Police are collecting more information about the case. In the past, police have been receiving misinformation about bombs being found at delhi's IGI airport, after which the police investigate the entire case.

On the other hand, being the national capital, there is tight police security at every major place in Delhi. The blast took place near the Israeli Embassy in New Delhi earlier this year. However, there was no casualty in the blast. The police had then tightened security in the capital
