New Delhi: Delhi Police has issued a look out notice against Navneet Kalra, a businessman accused of black marketing of oxygen concentraters. Kalra, on the other hand, has filed a petition in the Saket court in Delhi seeking anticipatory bail. The court will hear it on Tuesday (May 11, 2021). The court has sought a response from Delhi Police on Kalra's plea. It has also refused to give him any interim relief.

Earlier, the police had an audio clip of Kalra in which he was found interacting with his friends in Khan Market about the oxygen concentrater. Navneet Kalra was heard saying that he was under 'a lot of pressure' and could not respond to all calls. In the clip, he says, "I have 2 lakh calls. So I can't answer everyone's personal questions. The message contains details of which model (oxygen concentrater) has been sent to you. I can give one machine per person to the people of Khan Market for their use".

There are three restaurants in Delhi  named after Kalra where police raided last Friday and found 524 oxygen concentraters. Delhi Police had informed on Sunday that businessman Navneet Kalra has escaped. He has also switched off his mobile. 96 oxygen concentraters were sealed after they were recovered from the 'Khan Chacha' restaurant. The BJP had alleged that navneet kalra is the owner of the restaurant.
