New Delhi: In order to avoid the danger of infection in the crisis of epidemic, while people across the country are following strict rules, there is also an area in the national capital Delhi where people are violating social distancing norms. The case is related to Paschim Vihar area in Delhi, where the police had received information about a liquor party going on in a restaurant named MMD.

SHO of Paschim Vihar East, B Jha got information that in violation of the rules issued in the Corona era, a large number of people have gathered in a restaurant and spent the midnight drunk on alcohol and hookah. Police got information that most of these youth are involved. After which a team of police raided the restaurant.

Police have taken 43 people in custody from the spot. Police said that these people were completely intoxicated. Apart from this, the police have seized 55 liquor bottles and 8 hookahs from the spot. Police has also registered an FIR under the Epidemic Act, Excise Act and other sections. Let me tell you that in the past also, the police has taken such action twice from this area. In which the police arrested 29 people while performing rave party.
