1300 new cases of corona reported in Delhi, the total number of infected people increased to more than 1.45 lakh. While the number of deceased increased to 4111 with 13 more deaths. Whereas CM Arvind Kejriwal said that the situation of Covid-19 in Delhi is under control and the rate of recovery of patients is increasing. He said this during the unveiling program of a hospital in Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi.

According to the Delhi government, a total of 5,702 RT-PCR investigations and 18,085 rapid-antigen investigations were done in a single day. Apart from this, the total number of cases of Covid-19 in Delhi is 1,45,427. 1,30,587 patients have recovered from the virus. Currently, 10,729 patients are undergoing treatment, of which 5,462 are in isolation at home. The number of containment zones in Delhi is 472.

At the unveiling ceremony of a hospital in Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi, CM Arvind Kejriwal told that the condition of Corona in Delhi is under control. The rate of recovery of patients is improving. If the situation deteriorates again, the government is prepared to face it. The CM said that the situation is under control, all the guidelines are being followed, the rate of recovery is improving, the ratio of virus and mortality has decreased. Apart from this, he told, "We have gradually increased the number of beds for the patients of Corona". Kejriwal told about the hospital located in Ambedkar Nagar that this "It is a 600-bed hospital. We are currently inaugurating a system of 200 beds which will be used to treat Covid-19 patients". He said, "I pray to God that these 200 beds will not be needed in future. We should never go into that situation where we have to use these beds, but if the situation worsens again, we are fully prepared to face it."
