New Delhi: Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has sent the nephew of Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath Ratul Puri to judicial custody till October 15 in the AgustaWestland helicopter scam case. Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody of Ratul Puri was ending today after which the investigating agency presented him in court.

On 19 September, the court sent Ratul Puri to judicial custody till 1 October. On September 16, the court extended the ED custody of Ratul Puri to 19 September. On September 11, the court extended ED custody till September 16. On September 5, the court sent ED till September 11 in custody. On September 3, the court issued a production warrant against Ratul Puri.

Ratul Puri had expressed his desire to join the investigation and demanded the non-bailable warrant be dismissed from the court. On August 9, the court issued a non-bailable warrant against Ratul Puri. The ED had said that he had called for questioning on August 6, but he did not appear. On August 6 itself, the court dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of Ratul Puri.
