The ED had said that the names of many people and institutions have come up in the investigation, it is necessary to interrogate these people to take the case to a logical conclusion and if Shivakumar is granted bail then it is likely that he would have obstructed the investigation and will influence the said persons. Let us tell you that the Rouse Avenue Court had ordered the Congress leader DK Shivakumar to be sent to judicial custody till 1 October.
