New Delhi: To curb deaths in road accidents, the new Motor Vehicle Act 2019 has been implemented from September 1 across the country. Meanwhile, 15 thousand rupees worth Scooty challan of 23 thousand, 26 thousand auto's challan of 46 thousand rupees and other similar news are covered in the media headlines. But in the midst of all this, Joint Police Commissioner of Delhi, Traffic Meenu Chaudhary has issued a big order.
According to the order given by the Joint Commissioner of Police, if any policeman violates traffic rules while on duty or with his personal vehicle, he will have to pay double the fine. The copy of the order has been sent to every unit of Delhi Police. It is noteworthy that photographs of policemen violating traffic rules have gone viral on social media many times. In such a situation, the question is raised on behalf of the people, is the rule only for the general public.
The policemen are very upset after this order. Some say how can traffic rules be followed in the event of an emergency? Policemen say that it is our endeavor that the traffic rules should be followed completely. But sometimes it is not practical to follow the emergency rules.
