It rained heavily in Delhi and adjoining areas on Thursday. While people got relieved from the humidity, on the other hand, traffic has been badly affected due to waterlogging. Apart from Delhi, traffic has been affected in many areas of Noida and Ghaziabad adjacent to it. Due to the filling of water on the way, vehicles are facing a lot of difficulty in movement. 

In NCR, including Delhi, it has been raining heavily since morning. This has led to waterlogging on streets and roads. For this reason, there has been a long jam on the road. According to the Delhi Traffic Police, traffic has been affected due to waterlogging in the areas of MB Road, Chimkhana Chowk, Madanpur near an old police checkpoint, Jhilmil underpass, Azadpur vegetable market, Jehangirpuri and Khajuri towards Bhajanpura.

The weather department says that it may rain with thunderstorms in Delhi and surrounding areas for 5 days. According to the weather forecast, light to moderate rain at some places in Sambhal, Bulandshahar, Khurja, Kosli, Bawal, Noonh, Sohna, Palwal, Faridabad, Gurugram, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Noida, Baghpat, Khatoli, Amroha, Moradabad and Meerut are expected. There is a possibility of rain in some places in Delhi too. Rains have also started in many areas of Delhi-NCR. The rains in Delhi for the last few days have exposed the arrangements of the government and local administration. People are facing a lot of trouble due to the filling of rainy water everywhere. In many areas of Delhi, a situation of jam is also being created. Traffic system will be affected due to hours of long jam due to rain.
