New Delhi: The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi has announced further relief to the people following the decline in corona infection cases. Delhi will witness a number of changes from next Monday (November 1). Schools and colleges will also start in Delhi from Monday after the agreement is reached in the meeting with the DDMA. During this period, school management, teachers, parents and students will have to follow corona rules. According to an order of the ruling AAP government in Delhi, schools for all classes in Delhi have been allowed to reopen from November 1.

The Delhi Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Friday allowed theatres, theatres and multiplexes to operate at full capacity. The order said owners of theatres, cinemas and multiplexes will be responsible for strict compliance with the standard operating process and as per official guidelines, the premises will ensure compliance of covid-appropriate behaviour. They were demanding that the cinema hall be run in these circumstances. With only half the seats allowed to sit, the expenditure is going up and the earnings are coming down. Some cinema halls were closed.

A maximum of 200 people has also been allowed to attend the wedding ceremony and funeral in Delhi. Earlier, only a maximum of 100 people could participate in these programmes. The order issued by the DDMA will come into effect from midnight on October 31. the DDMA has also approved the reopening of all authorized weekly markets in Delhi from November 1. This will provide a lot of relief to lakhs of middle-class people along with shopkeepers.

These prohibitions will remain in force:-

DDMA has said that restrictions on all kinds of social, political, sports, entertainment, cultural gatherings will continue. However, as per the September 30 order of the DDMA, the festival programme will be allowed. These orders will remain in force till midnight or the next orders of 15-16 November in respect of all permitted and prohibited activities. Even autos, taxis, burst services and e-rickshaws etc. The order said that if any violation is found, action will be taken against the owner of restaurants, bars, cinemas, theatres and multiplexes under stringent punitive and criminal sections. At present, travel by standing in metros and buses has not been allowed.
