New Delhi: On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, the second election training for the Delhi Assembly elections took place at the Commonwealth Games Village and Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College. The employees first took training and after that, they voted through postal ballot. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the employees for the vote. In this, the same employees who voted filled the form from the District Election Office and requested to vote with the postal ballot paper.

When the investigation was done, Sandeep Dutta, SDM Election of Eastern District, said that on Tuesday, about 5 hundred employees had cast their votes for the assembly elections. The employees have to get elections done. The employees are not deprived of their franchise, the Election Commission gives the employees the freedom to vote with the postal ballot. He informed that the postal ballot will be counted on the first day of counting and after that, the votes of EVMs will be counted. He said that anyone who has taken the training well, will not face any problem on the day of polling.

Notice given to 400 employees who did not participate in the training: Notices have been issued by the District Election Office to 400 employees who did not participate in the Delhi Assembly Election Training. These employees did not participate in the first training of the election, after which the officials of the office issued a notice to them and sought answers. Non-answering employees may fall foul. It is also being said that notices have been given to 150 employees in North Eastern District and 250 in Eastern. SDM Election of North-Eastern District Kishan Veer told that the training of elections has to be done in three phases, 150 workers did not reach the first training. A show cause notice has been issued to them by the office. Some people have sent answers Sandeep Dutta, SDM Election of Eastern District, said that notices have been given to 250 people, if the employees do not get the answer, then action will be taken as per the rules.
