A major a portion of India's magnificence originates from the distinctive  individuals that have made her their home. One such illustration is that of  Afghan displaced people — more than 14,000 — who have now settled in  various parts of India. The mass migration started when war broke out  amongst USSR and Afghanistan in 1978, and assembled force when United  States attacked the nation in 2001.

Huge numbers of these transients have settled in the Capital and live in  zones, for example, Lajpat Nagar, Bhogal and Saket, have made a prosperous  life for themselves. They've opened Afghan departmental stores, apparel  stores, eateries and Afghan bread shops. Throughout the years, they have  figured out how to make themselves a piece of Delhi, and still keep up  their uniqueness.
