New Delhi: The speed of bulldozers is increasing continuously in Delhi. On Wednesday, a bulldozer has been run on illegal encroachment in Kalyanpuri area of the capital. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Kuldeep Kumar, who came to protest the anti-encroachment campaign of the Municipal Corporation, has been taken into custody. He said that action is being taken despite people having valid documents.
In fact, the East Delhi Municipal Corporation's encroachment removal squad had reached Khichdipur village and Trilokpuri area along with the police force. Regional MLA Kuldeep Kumar had reached there with his supporters. He protested and said that the corporation is destroying the houses, shops and sticks of the people without giving any notice. On protesting, the police force has taken the protest into custody. When contacted on mobile phone in police custody in Trilokpuri police station, MLA Kuldeep says that BJP is angry with the corporation and is atrocities on the poor.
Let us inform that this action has been taken at a time when the Arvind Kejriwal government of Delhi has sought a detailed report from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-ruled municipal corporations on the anti-encroachment campaign being carried out by them in the national capital from April 1.
