Ingredients
1-2 cardamom pods
1-2 cloves
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp brown onion paste
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup cream
1 cup water
Oil
Preparation
1. In hot oil, add the bay leaf, cardamom and cloves
2. Add the onion paste and ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes
3. Add the spices and cook till it leaves out oil
4. Add the tomato puree
5. After the gravy thickens add some cream, salt and sugar and cook till it boils.

Ingredients:
2 potatoes boiled and peeled
2 tbsp cornflour
Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Coriander
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp jeera powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Oil
Preparation:
1. Add salt, coriander, jeera powder and cornflour to the boiled potatoes
2. Make a flat disk with a spoonful of potato and place a piece of Mozzarella cheese in the centre
3. Roll it into a ball and make sure the cheese is covered with potato
4. Roll in corn flour, dust off excess and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown
5. Pour the gravy over the koftas and garnish with fresh cream and coriander
