This is a delicious dish which is easy to prepare and you can make your family happy by making it.

Ingredients for making Lauki Kheer-

Full Cream Milk - 1 liter
Bottle gourd - 500 grams
Sugar Powder / Bura / Tagar (Fine Sugar) – as per taste
Cashew – 10-12
Raisins – 20-25
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Almonds (finely chopped) – 10-12
Pure Ghee / Desi Ghee – 2 tsp

Method of making Gourd Kheer- To make Gourd Kheer, first wash the bottle gourd and remove its seeds. Now grind the pieces of gourd on a grater and make lachha from them. After this, with the help of a cotton cloth squeeze the bottle gourd as shown in the picture and remove its water. Now later spread the lachha in the air and roam around a bit. After this, heat a pen pure ghee and fry the bottle gourd in it for five minutes while stirring continuously. Now add milk to the roasted bottle gourd and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally. After this, after a boil, dim the gas and while stirring continuously, make the kheer thick. Now after this mix sugar and dry fruits in the kheer and after the sugar dissolves, turn off the gas. Take your delicious gourd kheer is ready, add cardamom powder to the kheer. Now garnish with almonds and serve.
