Indore: The number of dengue cases in Indore has started increasing with the rains. Now a large number of larvae are also being found in the houses. In fact, recently, District Malaria Officer Dr. Daulat Patel has said about this. He said eight dengue cases have been reported in Indore in the last four days. According to him, dengue cases are being reported in some of the colonies including Vijay Nagar, Shivcity in the city. In fact, 19 dengue cases have been reported in Indore so far in the last three months. At present, 14 teams of the health departments are reaching residential and commercial areas to check dengue larvae and destroying larvae.

At the same time, the municipal team is also spraying medicine with fogging machines to kill mosquitoes along with destroying larvae in the city. Since January this year, 644 houses in the city have been found with larvae. Doctors say that to avoid dengue and malaria, cover the houses with water so that larvae do not thrive. At the same time, if water does not accumulate around the house or on the roof, the larvae do not grow in it. Also, use mosquito nets while sleeping and try to prevent mosquitoes during the day as well.

The number of black fungus patients in MY Hospital is continuously declining. Not a single new patient was admitted last Saturday. At present, 81 patients are admitted. Last Saturday, one patient underwent surgery and five had an endoscopy. Around 890 black fungus patients have undergone surgery and 1391 endoscopy in the hospital so far. Three patients were discharged last Saturday and so far 612 patients have been discharged from here.
