Bhopal: The corona epidemic has created panic across the country and meanwhile, dengue cases in MP are on the rise. At the same time, the number of viral fever patients is also continuously increasing. Above all, dengue and viral fever are affecting the children the most. Which is a matter of concern for the administration. The number of dengue cases is also increasing in Gwalior, a total of 246 dengue cases have been received in the district so far, including around 120 children.

In the report released by the same Gajra Raja Medical College, 26 cases of dengue have been reported. At the same time, the statistics of viral fever patients have also increased. Three to five children are being treated in the same bed at Kamalaraja Hospital, the largest children's hospital in the zone, due to high data of child patients.

Talking to District Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh on all this, he said that the health department has been directed to take effective steps to control dengue. The team is conducting door-to-door surveys as well as continuous fogging in the municipal affected areas. On the shortage of beds in the hospital, he said that the ICU of the pediatric department will be started in the district hospital and civil hospital soon. So that children suffering from dengue and viral fever do not have to suffer.
