According to the information received, Aditya Thakur was angry about not getting an election ticket from Aligarh's Chhara and due to this, he took this step. But the police somehow saved him. A news has also come that Mulayam Singh's younger daughter-in-law Aparna Yadav may join BJP.

In fact, Sources say that Aparna's talks with BJP have been finalised. Aparna Yadav had contested the 2017 assembly elections from the Cantt seat of Lucknow. Aparna Yadav was second in the 2017 assembly elections from the Cantt assembly constituency, during which she lost to Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate Rita Bahuguna Joshi. However, during that time Aparna got about 63 thousand votes. Aparna Yadav is the wife of Prateek Yadav, son of Mulayam Singh's second wife Sadhna Gupta.

Talking about UP, the last elections were held here in February-March 2017 and the BJP-led NDA returned to power after winning 325 seats and Yogi Adityanath was sworn in as chief minister on March 19, 2017. You must be aware that UP will go to polls in 7 phases, voting will be held on 10th February under the first phase. The second phase will be held on 14th February, 3rd phase on 20th February, 4th phase on 23rd February, 5th phase on 27th February, 6th phase on 3rd March and 7th phase on 7th March. After that, counting will take place on 10th March and the results will be out.
